Dear LG, we love our new window A/C unit. Granted it makes my charming boudoir a little less charming but it is worth the pain it causes my eyes because when they are closed I can sleep at night. However, whoever wrote your instruction manual should be fired and replaced by someone who has actually had to follow their own instructions. Cheers Kate and Nate
