Dear Noodles, you are my favorite food group, you always have been. I like you in any form with any sauce and this week with my husband gone in Oklahoma with his father, you-more specifically ramen- have kept me alive. In the comfort of my own home, all alone, no one (except Kenza) knows that when I got home from work at 7:30p every night all I wanted was you and you were always there. All $0.25 of you with your own bouillon packet and you were ready in 3 minutes!! You take me back to being 6 and realizing you were the only things I could "cook". I haven't had you in 20+ years, but I think this week I made up for last time. BisousOde to Noodles
