Washington, DC is "cold", suits pass, sirens wail, smiles remain infrequent and insincere, there are bomb threats, late trains, alerts from Blackberrys and iPhones crowd the air, opinions are strong, and human emotion at times weak, however amidst all this, this can be found.....
